3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.

• You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Access and Safety

• Secure pets and inform us of any potential hazards on the property.

• Allow our technicians to perform necessary work in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is unsafe or access is obstructed.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
